Some other manufacturers may not use UV absorbers within the body of the film, but when they are included, it may be present in the adhesive coating only. Tests prove this to be a significant factor in reducing the effective period of protection and product lifetime.
CSC Window Films have pioneered a deep-dyeing process technology for the colouring of polyester films. Unlike coated films , the colour will not scratch off, flake off or bleed.We are the only manufacturer which has polymer coating , body dyeing , vacuum coating (metallizing), sputtering and laminating technologies together in-house, thereby offering strict quality control throughout the production process. This allows quality to be closely controlled.
CSC Window Films offer warranty periods of between 5-10 years on internally-applied products and 2-10 years on externally-applied products against peeling, cracking, demetallizing, corrosion and delamination.
CSC Window Films products are optically clear & distortion-free (with CDF and HPR adhesive).
